First, the purpose
This system is designed to empower and motivate employees to provide advice that adds value to the company.
Scope of application
Any Yingchuang Sanzheng full-time, part-time or temporary employees are eligible (except general manager and management).

The evaluation team is appointed by the company management and is responsible for the implementation of this system.
1. Encourage employees to make suggestions to solve business problems, improve efficiency and quality, solve ESHQ problems, or reduce costs. Suggestions can be (but not limited to):
--Improve working environment
-Eliminate inefficiencies, waste or duplicate construction
-Save money, resources or time
-Simplify administrative procedures
-Improve safety, contribute to occupational health and morale
Recommendations must be creative and go beyond the employee's normal job duties. The following suggestions are not considered:
-Recommendations currently under consideration
-Approved recommendations and / or best practices
-Complaint or dissatisfaction
-Strengthening the implementation of existing regulations or systems
-The proposed idea is not clear or specific

），如需要可附加说明、图表或其它证据，以支持建议。 ② The person who submits the proposal should fill in the standard form (see Annex 1 ), and if necessary, can add notes, graphics or other evidence to support the proposal. Recommendations should be carefully thought out and clearly stated. The form includes:
-Background information: Please describe what the current situation is and what needs to be improved.
--Recommendation: Please provide the recommended implementation details.
-Expected results: Please give the expected results of the proposed implementation. If possible, please provide the corresponding amount of savings and income from a financial perspective.
③ The completed form can be submitted to the evaluation team by email or printed manuscript.
Standard recommendation forms are available on the company's intranet or assessment team.
3. Evaluation and adoption of recommendations
The evaluation team is appointed by the company's general manager's office. It is responsible for regularly summarizing staff submissions and evaluating them. If necessary, employees from different functional departments can be invited to participate in the assessment. The results of the evaluation shall be reported to management. The evaluation team shall keep all recommendations and file them.
Management further evaluates the proposals submitted and makes a final decision and whether to implement them. If the recommendation is approved, management should allocate appropriate resources for implementation. If necessary, management can ask the original proponent to improve the proposals they have submitted.
Feedback is communicated to the proposer via the assessment team. The recommendations adopted will be announced at a staff meeting or similar. If the proposal is not approved, the assessment team should report it to employees within three months with a clear reason.
4. Evaluation of recommendations
The corresponding department is responsible for the assessment of the achievement of goals and reports to management regularly. 增收金额由财务部门计算，并提交给管理层。 The actual savings / income increase is calculated by the finance department and submitted to management.
The management team will make the final award decision. 增收金额计算得出（见表1）。 The bonus amount is calculated based on the actual savings / income increase (see Table 1). If the reward is obtained by multiple or one team, the reward should be shared.
元奖励。 If the proposal is adopted and approved for implementation, the proposer will immediately receive a 200 yuan reward. The final prize amount (see the table below) will be determined after the proposal is implemented according to the actual situation, and 200 yuan will be considered as part of the prepaid bonus.

Recommendations that are not measurable from a financial perspective
Ruling by management
In some cases, the prize amount will be adjusted, and the prize amount will be multiplied by the following coefficient:
-If the cost savings or revenue increase is one-time (non-sustainable), multiply the bonus amount by 0.5.
-If it is a suggestion made by the operator, multiply the prize amount by 1.2.
-If the proposal is beyond the responsibilities of the proposer, multiply the prize amount by 1.2.
-If the proposal requires major changes, multiply the prize amount by 0.8.
-If the proposal is submitted by the team, the prize amount is adjusted as follows:
1 suggestor 1.0
2 advisers 1.5
3 advisers 1.75
4 recommenders 2.0

The Best Proposal Award (Golden Idea) and Creative Team Award will be set to better motivate employees.
Best Proposal (Golden Idea)
This award will be awarded every year, limited to one individual, and those who do not meet the requirements will be vacant.
Creativity Team Award
This award will be awarded every year, limited to one team, and those who do not meet the requirements will be vacant.
